How much resin in a Bio?

This question goes out to all the guys who make Bio's.

On average, How much resin do you end up using to cast a Bio Helmet? I'm talking both parts mixed and poured into mold.

I use smooth cast 320 resin from smooth-on. I do it in a few pours and could get about 7-8 BIOS out of a gallon. Hope it helps.

Did you measure how much you used for each pour or do you just eyeball it though the mixing cups?

When I first did it, I didn't use a lot with it being my first time. I used the clear plastic disposable cups from Walmart. The cure time is 7 minutes with smooth cast 320, so I didn't mix too much so that I could get the hang of it. I pretty much eyeballed the total amount and made sure each part was 1:1.
