For Snowtroopers? I think it was Mukluks.

For Hoth rebel soldiers, I'm not too sure - maybe Mukluks too?

I'm trying to source a good Luke Bespin boot at the moment, which seem very similar.

WOW :eek no one has any idea were to get these made :unsure , has anyone made these from scrach. Any place for a base boot I can cover with faux suede ? is the white part cloth or velcro.

Han Solo Hoth Costume I need to finish it up ...but man these boots are hard to get made :angry

I've only seen 2 full Hoth Han costumes on here; ever. Well, not like I've been on for very long. But it's not something you see done often at all. There's not a ton of good reference so it's hard to make accurate stuff.

If you find someone to do it, share the wealth. There's probably a few people looking for these as well. Myself included. After CIV, my only remaining Han costume to do is Hoth Han.
