Help with Superior Spiderman Costume!

I have the print on the lycra coming in soon from Gunhead but was curious which tulip paint should I use for the Web lines. I have puff, but I heard matte is a good one too. It's the 37 ml bottle of basic black. Also I have a Styrofoam board I'm using on another morph suit to practice with the paint on it, is there a better way to make the accurate lines? And better then that is there a way to make the paint more precise? How thick should I go over the line? Anything help is appreciated
