Help with Director Orson Krennic Build

Hello! I am a new member here and I'm very excited to be a part of this community.

I am currently looking at building a Director Krennic costume, as Krennic is one of my favorite Star Wars villains and I love the look of his uniform. I'm hoping to mostly build it myself, rather than buying pre-made parts. I've been using images of the actual screen used costume and the 501st databank as a resource so far (though I'm not attempting full 501st standards, at least not in the initial build of the costume.)

I found a pattern on Etsy for the tunic/jacket and trousers, as well as the cape. I am looking at using a gabardine fabric for most of the uniform. Is there a specific supplier or color that anyone would recommend?

Secondly, does anyone know of files for 3D printed code cylinders? I am hoping to print the blaster, code cylinders, and rank badge, as well as the belt buckle. I've found free files for everything but the code cylinders.

Welcome to the RPF!

I suggest you try Etsy for the code cylinders files...they're not free, but usually super cheap. Good luck!

Thanks for the tip! I found some files on Etsy that look really nice. I had looked there for a lot of things but never thought to look for the files for code cylinders for some reason. The file I found looks decently accurate to my eye, though I'll admit I'm not much of an expert at this point.
