Help with 89 AMT/ERTL Batmobile

I recently found the 1989 AMT/ERTL Batmobile kit at a local used book store. Paid $7.50 and was ecstatic until I got home to find that it was missing the two rear tires. All other parts and instructions are there.

If anyone has this kit do you possibly know where I may find a kit that has tires the size of the two I am missing?

Thanks,
Jim

Round 2 have recently reissued this so you might be able to order replacements direct from them if you can't find a donor kit. EDIT: here's their missing parts form for newly purchased models - not sure about their policy of replacing parts that are otherwise lost/mangled/etc:

Thanks Automaton,

I'll check with them.

Just noticed what I thought was a fee for parts is actually a 'shipping fee'... Hmmm... Good luck. It's a nice kit - just picked one up myself. Let me know if you want me to measure the back tires.

I didn't notice that either until you pointed it out. If you get a chance to measure the back tires that would be great, hopefully I can find a replacement locally with the measurements.

Thanks,
Jim

If anyone still has the '89 AMT/ERTL Batmobile and has time, could you possible measure the rear tires for me (height & width)? I thought I had found a set but turns out they were from wrong kit.

If I can get the measurements I'm hoping to kitbash from another model. I know I can get close by measuring rear fender well, but I'd like to be exact if possible.

Thanks

Jimmer, let me know if you still need those measurements (figured Robiwon or Automaton had gotten 'em for you already...?)

Good news Jimmer! I found a pair. A pair of rear tires that is. The only thing is one has a hole in the bottom and the inside wall. Both easily hidden. They were for hidden wires on an old build I did.
