Help needed for Kick Ass Baton pouches

Hi all,

First post here......great forum and so glad I found it

I'm looking for the easiest way to solve the lack of nightstick pouches on the back of my Kickass suit.

I'm based in the UK, and need to get something sorted by Friday this week. They don't have to be a perfect match......I was looking at getting a couple of these but think we can do better

From this picture:

It looks to me as if it's just a rounded rectangular or square piece that attaches to the back of the costume with holes in it for the nightsticks, not a pouch at all. It's not big enough for them to lay across one another so it must just be two holes in the top going straight down or at a very slight angle. You could make this out of a block of wood, or possibly carve some foam in the shape and fiberglass or bondo it. Then you would just need to make sure the leather wrapping extended far enough and was of the right thickness for them to fit tightly and not fall out.

Oh ya that looks way easier to make. I'd use the Rubbermaid method for that, super-easy and super-cheap.
