I actually have a lot of parts from the Foosh, which I'm going to build into a second non-functional rifle (time permitting). And if possible, I might also build a third unit (I may have enough parts). But molding and casting the prop might not make a lot of sense, as I really don't think there's much of a Foosh market. The Alliance sonic rifle market, however, is another thing.

I'll probably eventually sell the hero and at least one of the non-functional units made from the spare parts.

I'd agree the collar cast is cool, I just have no place for it in my collection.

The Doctor Horrible gun was modified from an Alliance sonic rifle which was modified from a Foosh rifle.

I may eventually sell the hero Foosh, which I now own. I have enough parts, however, to potentially make two additional non-functional Foosh rifles. I'll probably build those and sell them separately at some point before considering a sale of the hero unit.

I also own the Alliance sonic rifle master, but I don't have the front section. I'll either wait for that to surface, or make a custom one. I may then eventually offer a sonic rifle kit. This is purely in the idea phase, though, as I have no idea if I can find the time to execute the project anytime soon.
