Help!!!! C-3po foam build??????

Hello everyone! Looking to do a C-3PO foam build out of the blue camping material. Does anyone have any suggestions, AT ALL such as where to begin, perhaps templates they could help me out with, just really any tips you can offer me at all. I have tried to see if anyone has attempted this before I have not found anything anywhere online, only Iron Man and Halo foam builds. So if you can give me any tips on how to get started how to cut the foam etc etc I would greatly appreciate it. Also this is my first time working with the foam so this will be my first challenge with it! Wish me luck..... Thanks

suggestion: don't use blue camping mats. Use foam flooring.
