Help/Advice Needed: Fire Emblem Awakening Robin/Avatar Costume?

I was looking to make a replica of the Avatar/Robin's robes from Fire Emblem Awakening, and so far I've stumbled across this build here. It looks pretty good, but as I'm entirely new to this sort of thing I have no idea as to how good of a resource this is for building my own. My main question is how feasible this build looks to more experienced members of the community, and also if there are any other builds or resources that people are aware of that I should take a look at.

Probably too late, but whatever. I don't think that was a custom build. It looks like they just bought the set off Ebay or some cosplay site. I'd say just do that. The photos look too similar for it to be custom.
