Has anyone done a HL-10 Lifting body?

There is not much interest; just a few people really. The disc are actually ready to go. When I get a chance I'll compile a list of segments and PM it to those whom have expressed interest to you make sure you know what you are getting. You can then let me know if you are still interested.

Well I don't have a bunch of time to spend on this because my daughter is getting married and the wife has me doing all manner of things but I have squeezed a little time to start working on the back of the HL-10.

So, how detailed do you plan to get with the body of this thing? Do you plan to model the ship after it had the extensions added to the fronts of the outer tails or keep it original and have the tufts as an add on?

It will be the modified flight test version. I just have not had time to work on the fins at all but they will have the modified fin tips when I finally have time to get to them. I am a really SLOW builder, lol. You know sometimes life has a way of getting in the way of your passions!

Well, I realize this is a year late, but I finally got some pictures of our SV5J when it wasn't buried in the snow.

There's a plate over the jet intake to keep out the critters:

Also, I was TDY to Edwards a couple of weeks ago, but unfortunately, I didn't have my camera on me when we went to Dryden, so the only picture I got of the HL-10 was this one:

Hope you guys who got the DVD's are enjoying them; pretty boring stuff for the common folk, lol. Have been chipping away at the stone on the model but it's nice to not be in a rush. I gives me the chance to keep changing stuff, lol. Here is where I am on it. Yes, I know it looks very similar to the last time I posted, lol. What can I say: I'm slow!!!

NOTE: The vertical stabilizer is not attached; just sitting on there.
