Has anyone bought the Toynami Batman Returns Cowl display

I'm looking at this closely and some sellers on the evil bay already have these in stock. Was checking if there was any good review on them from anyone who had purchased these before I put that much dough for their cowl....Is it anything like their promotional pics? Anyone? Thanks.

I'll be intrested to see some reviews as well. Toynami is notorious amongst some of the toy communities for their completely unacceptable QC issues, hopefully their prop replicas will be much better offerings.

Here are some links I've found. Caveat Emptor - what's super to someone may not be to someone else. Your mileage may vary, and we don't have enough info on consistency (e.g. the Sideshow Iron Man Mark III 1:1 bust - some were stellar, and some had paint issues). But so far, in the photos, it looks really cool.

I didn't know it was removable from the base! And given how fugly this base is, it's AMAZING. Associating the cowl to a costume is a great idea as well.

It looks great, not so keen on the base. Unfortunately shipping into the UK, will incur ridiculous customs charges and so far I've yet to find a UK based vendor.

It's a shame it's not wearable - did they need a specific licence to make it a wearable item?
It's also a shame the studio scale models are SOOO expensive - us little guys never have a shot at the really cool toys....
