Harry Potter scarf

My wife just picked up a Harry Potter scarf at a local convention last weekend, but we're wondering about the accuracy. The one she got has a Hogwart's patch on it. Do the real ones have that, or a house patch, or none at all? Any info and/or pictures would be much appreciated.
