A Pretty Iconic "Dumb and Dumber" moment, The unforgettable Toilet scene...

Jacket: "Woolrich" Navajo/ Southwestern wool overcoat with hidden snap closures, 8 Large conchos on the front, and hood

Shirt: Denim western style leather yoke shirt with conchos on the chest and very specific diamond patterns. Sleeves also have a band with some detailing.

Bolo Tie: Navajo / Southwestern with "Chief"/ head dress styling, Turquoise/ mother of pearl / pearl details

Pants: Just regular old cowboy wranglers

Belt: Black Western detailing belt with large horse shoe belt buckle, silver belt loop, and silver tip

Boots: MINNETONKA Brown Suede Moccasin Fringed Knee High Lace Up Boots 1922 (I think they still make them)

Great job IDing everything! You know, a great costume would be Harry on the toliet. I'm sure it's already been done by someone, but if you fabricate a fake toilet to hide your real legs and stuff those Wranglers, you're all set!
