Harry Potter Gryffindor Scarf - Pic Intense

I just wanted to take the time to show off this scarf that I had a RPF member make for my wife.

Not only did jadedskies (she's the one who made it) make an awesome scarf, she helped answer my many questions about HP related costuming questions! She kept in touch with me every step of the way to let me know how the scarf was coming. She was even patient with me when I wanted to make a change to the color... :unsure I would have hated me at that point. But she was happy to make the change and stayed on schedule. The turn around time (2 weeks) was very reasonable and so was the price. :thumbsup

Yep, I am pleased with it. She knit this all in a little less than two weeks.

I'd say send her a PM, I'm sure she can do them in any house colors.

Thanks We still need to get a white button up shirt for it. You wouldn't believe how tough it is to find a nice button up shirt for women (with regular length sleeves - most places that do have them they are 3/4 length sleeves). My wife is only 5'0" tall and she is tiny - so men's shirt are way too big. We need to finish it up - Dragon*Con is on it's way soon.

As for costume info - check out this thread here: http://therpf.com/showthread.php?t=39143 Like I said we still need a couple of items to finish the costume. It looks much better on my wife than that manneuin in the first image (the mannequin is a broad male torso - so the robe fits weird on it).
