Hard full-head masks

Hi

My friend has been looking into making a solid mask that covers her entire head. She's going to be cosplaying Link from the Legend of Zelda: The Windwaker and she was wondering what would be the best way to make one.

She's looking for something solid but not too heavy, and she wants the facial features (eyes and mouth) to be removable and replaceable with other expressions. I'm new to modelling so I figured you guys may have some helpful advice.

Discuss scale models from movies, television shows and other media or showcase your original designs and collection. Try and post in costuming to start and post a pic. There's a couple ways to go depending on your skill level, paper mache or create the master and then vacuum form it are two.
