Hand Painting Hands

Ok so i got these online for 10 bucks

they look nice for pred hands IMO

Now i need to know how can i paint these by hand since i don't have an airbrush

I was gonna try some liquid latex from the craft stored mixed 50/50 with acrylic paint, its cheap and easy, but dont know if its gonna work with out the paint cracking
If anyone knows some other technique PLEASE let me know
