Palletta sells theirs as an all in one kit, not parting out as it were.

Hi, thank you for your comment, I don't normally print for others, but if you wanted one I would charge £60 this would be a raw print for you to sand and paint. plus postage.

treatstock.com is who I use for farming out of printing. There should be 3d print services in your country or locale.
