Want to share my first detailed blaster build thread I've posted here on RPF.

I believe it's appropriate to this thread as it also uses a HFC m712 but with parts I designed myself. I'm also using an m712. I'm just slightly bothered that it doesn't have those little indents sorta on the magazine/chamber area. The toggle switch isn't too hard to deal with, though.

Can anybody tell me where I can get an MG-81 muzzle hider for an m712 build without having to re-mill the barrel?

If ur building TFA blaster you might not want to use that one but instead use an airsoft HFC m712. The one you shared looks more inline with an actual c96 Mauser and would be better for the HERO from the original Star Wars. [emoji482]

That's not the one I'm using, it was to reference that indent as an example. I wish I had access to a decent c96 lol. I'll be using an Umarex Legends m712 for my build.

This is more of a practice build where I'll eventually do the OT prop as I don't really have a whole emotional attachment to the new trilogy.
