I guess I'll tell Boba Debt that we don't have to worry about doing a run of these.
Looks like the space between your "knurled" area and the back ring needs to be a bit wider, and I don't believe there was a step at the start of the transition to the cone.
Have a look at this photo, edited by mortificator himself, I believe, when we were discussing the flash hider while he had access to the exhibit.
At certain angles there's the appearance of a step, but it's because of the two separate angles that make up the transition from cylinder to cone. It's rather subtle, and with my hiders, I made it a smooth concave transition, before we discovered the new information.
