just a side not the serial will change for every plaque starting at 001

We were not really planning on making a run in the JY, given there are already a few offered, but since we bought material in bulk, we'll have a few extra pieces, including a few plaques I guess. I'll PM you once I'll know for sure what we have left :thumbsup
Now, take a look at what I got in the mail today :
I'm really happy about it. It has a very slight texture to it, which we'll sand on the surface, but leave on the deeper areas. Why you ask ? That's why :
That's a pic of the real prop, notice how it has the same texture ? We want screen accuracy (except for the screws, our trademark), so it seems logical to leave it.
Stargatefan is doing some colour testing on the first prototype, he'll post a pic soon, I think we found a match for the metallic parts !

I have been testing some paints on our first prototype here are some pictures
let me know what you thinkhink we are pretty close with the Tip and bottom
the small band i should keep aswell only still searching for the middle section i think it needs to be more grey than the colour now

based on the real prop photo in the prior post, I think the top and the bottom are pretty good the prop photo was taken with some pretty hard lights and looks to have somewhat of a golden hue to the silver color but that is probably just the lighting. The color you have on the middle section now is good for the ring towards the tip of the missile but I agree that the main body looks to be a little more of a bluish grey in a lighter shade.

So i have a small update our new missile the final version has arrived from the printer along with the stand where it will sit on.
I have a picture of a test Rocket on stand, stand on plaque(old version)
Keep in mind the stand will be cast in clear material
And also the final paint test on our first Prototype
