Halo 4 Mk. VI Foam armor

This will be an attempt at a Halo 4 Mark VI build out of foam. I am taking foam files and modifying them to look more like the Halo 4 versions. Here is the start:

Very nice! How do you plan on installing a visor?

Looking good! For cleaner cuts while building foam-armor: Instead of tracing the cutouts with a pen, just stick the cutouts directly onto the foam with pins and trace them with the scalpel or a really sharp knife and build your foampart bit by bit.

Very nice! How do you plan on installing a visor?

I haven't really got there yet but I imagine I can mount it by poking small holes and using nuts/bolts mixed with a little hot glue. Then put a counter weight in the back of the helmet if I need it.
