Missing the battery box (probably homemade) and the thin lenticular stripe around the board.

Hi Vormz how did you do the battery pack and extensions.

I used some 1cm plastic piece found at my work for the battery box and 3mm plastic for the extensions.
I made a template with the exact dimensions to help me drill edges.
I can post a pdf file if someone is interested.

I have ordered Vormz hoverboard upgrade kit and was wondering if anyone has tried gluing or sewing the furry strap to the original strap? Any suggestions as to which would be best, etc?

I don't want to wreck the decals or disassemble the hoverboard, so attaching the furry strap to the original is my only option; unless someone has any ideas.

Curious if anyone got their hands on the HC "budget" Hoverboard? For $10 I'm sure there are some fun, wacky uses for it.

Speaking of wacky, I pulled my Matty board out of storage yesterday - the top decals had almost completely lifted off. I should show up to their corporate office in El Segundo (20 mins from me) with my board and just laugh at them. And laugh some more. :lol

I also used some primer for the red parts, maybe you can disassemble the anti gravity pads and check your local store to match the color.

I fixed the part with some strong double side tape.
