Halcyon 1/12 scale Power Loader from "Aliens"

This is a recent build I completed which has been sitting on my shelf for over 30 years. Got this kit in like 1992 when it was first released. This is the only Alien kit I have not ever completed. So I though it was time. I built it with a working rotating caution light on top of the cage.

It’s a 1/12 scale, so almost 10” tall. I believe the Hot Toys loader is 1/6, so it should be about twice the size. Pretty large actually. I really like the scale of the Halcyon loader

FYI, there is also the Moderoid/Good Smile one
It is 1/12 styrene kit and also has a Ripley figure
Probably a lot easier to find and cheaper than the old halcyon kit

It did come with a Ripley which was a horrible likeness. I thought it'd be better as a stand alone loader. The whole figure was just bad.

I agree I like how robotic it looks with out the ripley I haven't even looked into the box of the one I have I can imagine how a injection molded charcture would look off and not a good likeness Great job on the build.
