Here's something I'll bet some of you hadn't thought of when pouring silicone molds. You can actually grind up chunks of silicone cut from your waste molds and grind it up to use as filler for new molds. It will save you some $$$. Just ask me, I know all about it --hint, hint, Scott
Once you get a decent covering of your prototype with your mixture in the mold box, just pour in some of the ground up stuff in---then cover over with the rest of the liquid mixture- it really works. In the picture you can see a grinder, which works as well on shore 40 silicone as it does sausage! Wonder if a blender would work.......
