So how bout doing an rpf run?
Because Nexnox and I are the guys loading the brass into the CNC machine each time we make a set, lol.
It DOES look silver, doesn't it? There's a few ways to make brass silver...![]()

I don't know if you're kidding, but there's zero chance that would ever happen. Not unless we decide to quit our jobs in a spectacular fashion. :lol
Unfortunately, we can't show you guys ANYTHING. We're under a pretty rock solid NDA that covers everything we work on. I thought they would have shown stuff by now, but I guess WB is keeping it close to their chest.
I'm pretty sure there will be licensed rings. What they will be made of is anyone's guess. *shrug*

I understand. Does the NDA ever expire? I for one would love to see some making of pics after the movie comes out if that is possible.
I can't wait for this movie. I sure hope they do the ring and power battery justice. The pics of the ring so far may not be true to the normal Hal ring but they look pretty good.
Hal Jordan started off with a round signet ring. They upgraded the ring way later. Then Hal had that one destroyed by lord malvolio and went back to using the round signet style.Contrary to what most casual fans are aware of, Hal Jordan actually began his tour of duty in the comics with this exact style ring!

It is my own personal belief that the movie ring was directly inspired from the version pictured above. One of the big giveaways is not simply the block design, but the 'dome' center which is carried over to the movie counterpart.
If they stick to the basic story of the first draft script, then Sinestro will still be a 'good guy' by the end of the film.
I am suspecting they are deliberately holding off on turning him bad until the second or third film - which is a wise choice. To build up towards his turn to evil would be much more dramatic over the course of two movies rather than one.
The yellow element WILL have a role in the first movie and we will see a hint of Sinestro's desire for the power of the yellow element.
