Looks like Firefly to me.

Regardless, the last one was a turd. This one probably will be too, although it at least looks to bear some resemblance to the 1980s toys, so that at least is a start. I still will only Netflix it, though.

I'm stoked that we're seeing so many characters from the cartoon series. They should have done Joe that way in the first place. I hope at some point that we get to see:

Super Trooper, Sargent Slaughter, Beachhead, The Fridge, and Tomax and Xamot.

I could do without the rap music (does every movie have to have a rap soundtrack? really?) but this is looking good enough to go see!

It looks right dammit,and the cartoons where cheesy as hell so if the story sucks a little it'll feel like old times.
