Ghostbusters - Ecto Goggle Frame Plan help

Hi guys!
Still working on some GB stuff (PKE shells arrived!), and am in need of a little assistance. :)

I'm currently trying to draw up a template for the goggles, and having a few measurements and pictures from the net, I started work the other day.
I need help in checking the scale and overall shape with the actual frame.

Found measurements:
WIDTH: 6.8" (17.27cm) (side to side)
HEIGHT: 4.7" (11.94cm) (includes 'flanged' area (with the padding snaps)
LENGTH: 6.5" (16.51cm) (front to back)

I have this so far - front 'box' section ('flange' area will be plasticard / sheet styrene.
A draftsman I am not, so apologies for lack of clarity!

Front and sides - 17.3cm wide, showing layers / block construction, side views show faceplate area (dotted) and layers.

Top & bottom (10cm from faceplate to rear corner). Blue dotted lines shows cutout area for face - simpler to construct square then trim off later.

The intention is to make it either from wood, rigid foam or plastic layers, and round off the corners once glued together - hence the odd squared corners on the plan! ;)

If someone who has the correct frames could spare the time and two sheets of paper, could they please print at 173mm wide, and check my workings please?

Thank you very much for reading! :)

I know this is an old thread but I thought you might like to see the goggles I made from your plans. It was a pretty easy build, I used 1/8" styrene and a few items I had laying around.

In a few weeks I will see if I can get a few pics with my friends cast frames.

Hiya! Musta missed your post - but I gotta say I like those gogs!

Very nice job on 'em! Glad the plans worked for ya! :)
