Body doubles were used, not face doubles 
Has anyone any clue as to the identity of the figure facing Tennant, to me it looks like it may be Hurt's Doctor as he appears to be wearing a bandolier like we have seen in set photos

People are arguing that a lot, the main ideas are it could be Hurt or Jamie. Either way, It seems like it's Hurt probably.

No, they're not. Actors are playing Hartnell, Baker, Pertwee and Davison in that trailer. They are very good, so no surprise some people are fooled. The others up to Eccles are played by actors too but you hardly see them. Only those from McGann onwards are the real deal.

Have a closer look at the others too and you'll see. Tom is really good.

Yeah the faces are the real actors (with exception of Jon Pertwee), you can see the cut between the body double of Tom as the camera swings around him....the body doubles face on profile hidden by his hand.....then cutting to the shot of the camera pulling away with Toms face pasted on top of the BD's,.....the stills of Christopher, Peter & Paul were easily done, there's no 3d animation to them.
William's face is not revealed until the extreme close up which is cut in after you see the Dalek extermination.
You don't see Patrick, Sylvester, or Colin's face at all in the video, so all their shots are body doubles.......
......so in essence the only look-alike that you see face on in the video is Dr 3 acting as Jon

Proof, as I suspected. Anything with a pan-around view is a body double, and the faces are digital 'masks'. Clever editing and blocking hides the joins.

The way he is kind of facing off against Tennant makes me think its not Jamie
I just thought "No More" might be a reference to Dalek Caan.
