Also, just announced to be releasing in November....they are telling the story of the stealing of the Type 40.

What else have I got? Ok, the new 3.75" scale figures so far...kind of suck. Likeness is off and the paint jobs blow.

And lastly, if you are a betting person - Ben Daniels seems to still have best odds to be #12. Although, the odds are all made up anyway.

My wife watches Dr Who nonstop on Netflix. Did they ever release these on DVD? And why does Netflix skip some episodes?

The vast majority of content on Netflix is on DVD (besides the Netflix originals and the third season of SeaQuest, I don't know of anything that's NOT on DVD). So, yes, Doctor Who IS on DVD.
As to the missing episodes, I'm not aware of Netflix "skipping" any episodes of Doctor Who (at least in the new series). Occasionally there may be an episode that Netflix doesn't have the rights to because it contained copyrighted material and the license didn't extend to moving it to a streaming format, or someone involved in an episode (actor, writer, etc.) has a contract that would cost too much in royalties should it be streamed.

BBC Worldwide has revealed what that cryptic Fourth Doctor teaser trailer was all about – a special, limited edition release of the Tom Baker Doctor Who story “Terror Of The Zygons” (aka, the one with the Loch Ness Monster) which contains exclusive content and memorabilia from Tom Baker’s era. This includes a newly-commissioned interview with the man himself.
Alongside the interview, the set contains an advance vanilla version of the restored “Terror Of The Zygons”, set to get a more complete DVD release later this year. Telling the tale of shape-shifting aliens attempting to colonise the Earth, this four-parter introduces the monsters who are set to return in the Doctor Who 50th anniversary special.
With a limited run of 5,000 units, The Fourth Doctor Time Capsule also includes:
• An exclusive post-regenerative Fourth Doctor action figure, wearing Jon Pertwee’s trademark frill-fronted shirt
• A Fourth Doctor sonic screwdriver
• An audio version of classic Tom Baker story “Genesis Of The Daleks”
