did the shins in about 2 hours. the torso took me today. about 5 hours probably. still modding it and making adjustments, and not nearly done...

but a good start.

smaller circles on torso as well as some updates, and antenna, as well as right shoulder...

its obviously NOT cannon, as there area far too many armor types to model off of. but it will certainly be gears armor.

I "tacked" the box on the left shoulder on, as it will be a spotlight.

Ahhh, the joys of foam armor. Excellent work my friend, keep the pictures coming, you're off to a great start and I have faith that this will be an awesome costume when you're done!

Nice build, wish I could work as fast as the rest of you foam builders!

Is that minicell L200 or 300? What do you plan to seal it with?

UPDATE

did a few coats of primer, and man does it make this look pretty awesome!

I realized that the one shoulder is rotated a bit far back so ill have to move it forward about 2" or so.

Looking great.
Not quite as bulky armor as other builds, which I think makes it look better.

Keep it up!

Minicell?

well i tried to make it bulky, but bulky for me. which isn't much.

6cm or just past a quarter inch...

this is a great build. are you using patterns you downloaded? or something you made? i never used this foam tb-21 before. is it ridgid? The black paint really made a difference.

local plastics company. I got some for someone on here for i think 35 bucks for two 8x4x1"4" sheets for his voltron project.

its not rigid. well not really.

no patterns. i eyeballed it off of screen grabs, etc.
