Gato du Diabo (Golden Idol from The Rundown)

I was just wondering if anyone has ever done a replica of the Gato du Diabo from The Rundown? If not maybe this will spark some interest, I think it would be a very cool item to add to any collection.

Here are some pictures of the real one which screenused has however it is only included in a bundle with Beck's suit and it is a bit pricey.

The thought never came across my mind about them not liking me posting their images :redface

Later today I will take some screencaps from the film and replace them.

You should definatly give the film a rent some day if your into action/comedy.

Keep in mind, that version of the idol differs a bit from the one seen onscreen (actually noted on the SU.com description)...:angel

I can tell you that behind the cat's head is the Aztec calendar minus the face (which is replaced by the green stone). If it isn't exactly the calendar then it is at least based off of it.

This was fun, underrated film with some great action sequences. Never gave much thought to the idol since the film was released a few years back. Thanks for posting.
