Have you given any more thought to having the extra parts made for a Vader conversion? The last missing piece of the pie for a lot of folks - as far as I know, no one currently offers the required parts, though there's a complete FX saber release coming later in the year.

I've got several ideas floating around in my brain, but nothing definite until I complete this run. It will likely be a completed hilt, not an add-on kit. But it's still up in the air.

I'm happy with either direction and on the off-chance we can get conversion parts, I've also ordered an extra Graflex from you. I recognize that it's a much more involved conversion than for ANH/ESB Luke and outside the wheelhouse of many collectors, but I'd be up for it should the parts be available.
Tuned into this thread for the long-haul, so drop a note when you have something to share.

I kinda want a low profile screw so it can be tightened enough to make the ears stay still if that's what you want, without using super glue.

That's a good idea, not only a great tell but also "functional" for those that may not like the rattle of the bulb holder while running around the house...err I mean showing new guests their props.

I just saw his update on his Facebook page. Roman is also offering some accessories to convert the Graflex to either ANH or ESB versions. Super competitive price, too.

The conversion kits will be ready at the same time, so will ship at the same time as the Graflex. I have so many orders, I'm not sure they will ship in the same box... but they will in the same time-frame... a day or two before/after.

The date on the website has changed to give me time to get through the list of orders. So the December orders will ship MUCH earlier than orders placed now.
Additionally, I'm expecting my first samples at the end of the month. Once those are in, I'll have a much, much better idea for a time-frame. I really want to make this Graflex right the 1st time.
