What will it do on top of Rustolium Chrome paint?

Turn it grey or silver?

I need to know for a project I'm working on.

Yes, it will dull it down...

Best test is this:

Grab a bottle of the Future (costs like six bucks), get a 12" length of PVC pipe and spray it all with the chrome paint, fill a plastic cup about 4" to 6" deep with the Future, and dunk a few inches of the pipe into it.

Then when the Future is dry, you will see the obvious mark of what is "Futured", and what isn't, and make your own judgements as to if it is too dull for your purposes...

That's a good idea and it's not too much of a waste of paint either.
