People inevitably end up with fears when there are long periods without communication - but keep in mind that nobody WANTS to assume you're messing them around, and there has been a lot of patience and goodwill on show in this thread too.
In your other thread you mention your reputation being destroyed; I don't think that is the case at all. Many members have gone through bad patches and survived them. Now that you have surfaced, how you handle what is outstanding is what is important.
Peter (pnag) is 100% credible, IMO - he's been here all along.
For what it is worth, I was very happy with my head and would like to order a tongue, too - and a T-rex tooth - and a Giger head, if you do that! I'll hold off until all this is sorted out, but I'd be very happy to be a customer again. You were good to deal with and I hope everything gets resolved happily this time around.
You have a lot to offer and nobody's hostile or aggressive here AFAIK, just concerned - the situation is totally manageable and not even very unusual. Everyone who's been here any length of time understands that runs get delayed, life happens, etc.
