Guys... The quickest resolution I have found before is to post actual screen caps of either proof of shipping or payments.
A SC of your paypal receipt should show the transaction ID, the date, the amount paid and who payment was made to.
A SC of shipping receipt should show date shipped, address shipped to and completed delivery.

If you both can provide your info, it might show if one side missed something or if it shipped to wrong address, etc...

From a year ago? No. No I cant. You just so happen to bring it up no that a pristine ALien head is up for grabs. Shady as hell.

Marty - I didn't complete payment as my post above shows until the 26th. So what does this info show? I'm very confused? What is this supposed to represent?

Well, doesn't look like Marty belives me anyway, but here's my evidence - $600 for the head. When I paid Marty didn't have a head ready, so I waited. My mistake. Now I'm down all that money.

NO, you wanted that shiny new head and have been trying to destroy my reputation on here when I refused to send you one. I would have worked with you but instead you did your very best to make me look like a thief and destroy the trust ive gained over the past 3 years and dozens of heads ive given to people who would otherwise never be able to afford one (if they could find one). Im backing out of this thread and will let it sort itself out.

Dude... ALWAYS hold on to that slip of paper until the buyer posts positive feedback on eBay OR in your sales thread here. Once you have recorded proof that it is delivered and they are happy (this won't need to file USPS insurance claim), then you can toss it.

Everytime we've tried to talk about this, you keep asking me who I am, am I sure I didn't get it (?) - I've at least been able to provide proof that I sent you the money? Can't we at least talk about this?

Things like this can happen when confusion happens... And getting deathly sick a few times during a run could cause that :lol
But I think he should be happy that you have agreed to make a new one.
You clearly need the sale from the other to put the money into the project. So the fact that you agree to make him another one is a great solution.

opcornI have been watching this thread on and off for the past 12 months or so. I agree with MovieFreak's comments here. The member PNAG has been waiting for his bust in anticipation for many many months (about 12 mths at least) according to the posts in this thread. I cannot see anywhere in this thread where PNAG has acted in a way that is untoward. Looks like he is owed an Alien bust (with Jaws)... and he is eager to pay for shipping to Ireland. Because so much time has passed, maybe some wires have been crossed somewhere.....but in all appearances it looks like PNAG should be understandably rather upset about how his deal has gone sour somehow. Hope you guys can get this sorted out...and good to see Swampdonkey on the radar and hopefully is doing well.:devil

Oh! The head sold on Ebay (with the tongue) was never paid for by the buyer. Ideally the funds produced by this sale would pay for all the resin and other materials needed to produce the other orders. I really need to find a buyer for this head.

Okay - I think the confusion has arisen because most of the heads were nearly finished apart from painting. If Marty needs funds, then fair enough, but he did say

ALTHOUGH, I did just buy a large CNC milling machine

earlier in this thread. So I panicked. I'm not proud of it but am prepared to admit it.
