Fox cancels 24

I never liked the show; but c'mon, even the most hardcore of fans must know that this show is way past its prime.

I was ready to give up last season, but still decided to give it another chance. I didn't watch more than 3 episodes this season.

I'm still game for a 24 movie, though.

How would it work, though?

It would have to be called 87 Minutes, not 24. :)

But a better title would be Direct to Video.

Says the person who admits to not liking the show in the first place :rolleyes

I think Kiefer said a couple years back that he wanted the first hour to be movie time and the second hour to be traditional 24 real-time.

I really liked 24. I'm sad to see it go. I do think they needed to get out of their creativity shell though because, as everyone has said, it got stale.

My money would go down on a movie ticket, no problem. Forget the 24 hour concept and just do a good movie.

Yep, I think it's time to end it. Like others, I used to love this show. Seasons 1-5 were all pretty solid. But after that...well, it just became boring.

I still watch it just because....but it doesn't kill me to miss it.

B@st@rds! How dare they cancel a series after an 8 season run!! :rolleyes

They should have smothered it in the cradle like so many others. :lol
