Fourth Doctor Burgundy costume?

Anyone know of any makers of this costume? I know Clothears developed an excellent prototype but from what I've read it sort of fell through. I'd like to know if anyone makes at the very least the vest and pants before I go in and try to make it myself. The season 18 costume.

Here's some of the better reference pictures I could find. i'm mostly interested in the waistcoat for right now. Anyone know of an at least somewhat accurate fabric?

Clothears were indeed going to do this, not sure of the specifics but alas some "over zealous" fans spooked them. I wish they'd start up with Who replicas again because they were rather good.

There are plenty of patterns out there for the scarf, there is also an official one which I believe is far too short to be accurate. Man of Steel on this board did a run of the double collar shirts and IIRC also had a run of the vest fabric. Overall I would say this is a hard costume to do accurately without putting some serious cash into it.

I just checked and there is an active run of the waistcoat fabric over on Gallifrey Base.

Thanks! I just signed up over there, so here's hoping I'll be able to purchase it. I have a friend who can sew, so I suppose I can consider the vest to be basically out of the way. And it is a shame what happened to Clothears, their Sixth Doctor looked quite promising as well.
