I raised a paypal claim for the second half of my payment and had until 6th November to escalate it. However, it seems paypal just resolved the case in my favor. Hopefully I'll get a refund of the first half as well

I have not heard anything since the last time he posted his BS. He has not been back online since then (almost 2 weeks). It has become very apparent to me that MIMIC does not care about his customers. It is only about him and how he wants to handle things. He completely ignores his paying customers and when he finally decides to grace us with his presence, he only complains on how we are treating him, tells us a bunch of lies, and then disappears again. I can say all of this without any backlash from him, since he has ignored any questions, requests or comments I have had for over 1 year now.

While the quality of what he has given some of us so far is great, it does not matter if he does not deliver.

Let's all call it as we see it and stop beating around the bush. I have given him over 20 opportunities to respond to one of my questions and/or comments and he has failed. I have never been treated this way and have never treated any of my customers this way. To date I have successfully delivered over 100 packs and about 20 full armor commissions to people worldwide. I work a full time job as an Engineer during the day and I do this stuff at night and on the weekends.

His communication sucks.

He is always the victim in this. We are ALWAYS the enemy and the evil ones who request updates.

He lies and never meets any of the deadlines he sets himself.

He ignores all of our requests.

He only checks this thread no more than twice a month (that should tell you something).

He probably will never see my post. If he does, I hope he responds, but as history tells, he will not.

Unlike MIMIC I am going to stick with what I have stated all along. If i do not see the second half shipping out to the first ones on this list by the end of tomorrow (10/31/2018), then I will be making a claim and taking it much further than that.......

I am pissed with how I have been and how I am being treated as a customer who paid in full over a year ago.

MIMIC, please prove me wrong..........I am tired of this crap.
 
I understand everyone in this run doesn't want to shout to loud as they have a lot of money invested in this farce and still hope they get what they payed for! . but if I was everyone here I would start taking some kind of legal or financial action against Mimic..
 
I think its time for me to leave this thread. And finally, split from the long road of a project. I'm getting fed up with the lack of jack all anything on this thread! Always being left in the dark! You guys have said what I've been feeling so I'm not going to repeat it. But I agree. So with that said If nothing changes of the next coming days I will chase Sara and MIMIC for my money back. But again I haven't heard from Sara In a few years. It doesn't matter if we are missing out as there are plenty of great armour makers and people that have great armour. I'll Probably be looking for a finished kit that I can touch up to fit etc. This has turned into a joke now a ****ing joke... Sick of it just sick of it. WE WANT OUR ARMOUR PLEASE!!!!!!!

Been talking to Diversity Props. You might want to talk to them. They are telling me they can deliver a trimmed and painted ABS TLJ FOTK to my measurements. Will just need to rig it. I explained to them the situation here (fractured trust with vendor), and they would allow a partial down payment to cover the materials and then the rest when it is done.

Wayne is a good guy. Communication has been much better than here. But needs to work on organization. I bought an fotk with laser axe and gaskets. I got my fotk in was missing axe bicep and gaskets due to shipping error got the bicep in 4 weeks later with no axe or gaskets.

I still have no axe or gaskets never gave me the tracking number for them and just told me there was some issue with customs. And has been mad because he has lost lots of armor in shipping and customs.

Just be careful I like Wayne but hope he sorts out shipping issues. Anytime I'd try to say anything public I'd get attacked on PM and treated like I was being a bad guy for telling the truth.

Very gun shy on all vendors expect Jim. Jim is the only person outside Moncal that I have had zero issues with ever.

I will be buying my vonreg from Jim if and when he provides a kit

And my experience with kb and jsin was good before hal drama. And after hal armor. Got my tie pilot in at reasonable time like 3 or 4 weeks I think. And ordered upgraded forearms and got those in a week.
Jsin is awesome and should do more on his own away from kb imo.

Kb has talent making things some things he flat out copied and recasted from anovos. See white armor for the drama on that and make your own decision.
My conclusion based on what I've seem from kb and what anovos just sent out to people is it's a 1 for 1 recast on certain parts. But anovos sucks so screw them anyway

I've dealt with way to much drama in prop building so done with it all

I just checked MIMIC's profile, and he still has not gotten on-line (at least in the last 2 weeks). My hope that he will post anything is dwindling quickly.

Less than 24 hours to go before I proceed as I have outlined to him many times.
