I know you said earlier that you were about to cast the abbs, will this be in one piece ? , I don't refer to the boxes that you said were already going to be cast in , I mean will there be no seams at the side, if this is the case I can understand why this would be a nightmare to do

correct, no seams, each piece needs to be completely flawless. One piece of trapped air and it’s condemned :/

Hey it’s going good thank you, had to do a few test runs of the ab plate to get the patterns for the glass correct unfortunately but was to be expected. As mentioned we are going to ship the armor in two lots to let people start working out strapping, at least until we have the arm and leg moulds complete.
So starting shipping next week so we should soon have something better than photos from us... photos on here from you guys

Great to hear Paul, give us a chance to work out how we are going to hold this together while giving you some room in the work shop, As you know I had asked for some scrap to colour match , however as some parts are shipping in the next few weeks there is no need to bother send me anything,

I don't see any differences aside from the helmets in the TFA and TLJ TK armor. Did I miss something? I honestly expected some minute detail to change making the armor not interchangeable.

Not really basicly new bucket and td is longer but not worded well. They are gonna update it I think

But good news for people looking to do an easy upgrade once new bucket is here

There aren't any dimensions for the TD listed at all. Are you sure it's longer and not just visually longer on the shorter CRL model?

Looking forward to getting my bucket, I just managed to buy my tickets for the premiere release in Wellington, tickets were available at lunchtime today for pre sales and they had almost sold out an hour and a half later.

Not really basicly new bucket and td is longer but not worded well. They are gonna update it I think

But good news for people looking to do an easy upgrade once new bucket is here

So one thing I noticed about the new TLJFOTK CRL, there is no mention of being able to wear the officer/squad leader/lieutenant pauldrons. I am sure that will change shortly though as the TLJFOTK are wearing them in the new trailer.

I was also wondering what the TKs on the left were wearing in their holsters, is that just the pistol? Because it looks different, but its hard to tell.


Both of these things have no significance to the armor itself obviously and are pretty minor, but I figured I would express my curiousity

The pauldrons will be added soon for sure.

If those are SE-44C's they are definitely more black than usual.
