What's the best way to move forward with filing a fraud claim, does one person file it on behalf of the group or do we all file one?

It seems such a shame to have to do this, but I think we all have no other option.
The delay that we all have been fed is probably just the time mimic has needed to pack up and get away.
I'd hope that I am wrong but this just feels too weird that there has been no response or even a visit, i hope we can all get this resolved in a manner suitable for everyone concerned.

Because I've had no reply in any way shape or form from MIMIC, I've lodged a claim through the financial obudsman at www.ofs.org.my
We'll see how we go here.

I sent a PM with no response yet, but I'm honestly growing tired of following a thread that's 99.9% complaints and .1% from the actual vendor. It's a constant reminder that it's not going well and it's not looking like he intends to finish after the last speech was followed by over 3 weeks of not even checking the thread.

It does suck to the most degree when that happens, it shouldn't have to but it does from time to time.
I'm still hoping to get some part of this resolved.
I have found a set on thingiverse that I can probably start to look at printing out myself.

Well I've finally got my refund from my credit card company as I got no joy or response from mimic. I would like to wish everyone else good luck in either getting a refund or the rest of the armour...it has been a complete waste of time from day one which is why I asked for a complete set...just had a feeling that it was too good to be true.

Heard nothing, too late to get anything back from PayPal. Got everything bar the gaskets which I was going to make myself. Still have a small hope that Mimic will return with full sets ready but ever day without contact chips away at it. May look into the files on thingiverse and discuss with the UK Garrison armourer to make sure they will pass. Have a wedding to save for next year so all funds need to go towards that. madchippy6 did you use your credit card with PayPal and still get a refund?

Yes I used my credit card through PayPal...PayPal were no good so I contacted my credit card company and got a refund through them. As it was out of date with paypal

Looks like I'll argue with my credit card company and see if I can approach it that way. For some reason since the website update I stopped getting post updates on this thread so I just caught up. It sure seems like there may have been good intentions for awhile, but at this point, lack of communication and updates it sure seems like he/she/they have just taken the money and ran. There really is no valid excuse at this point for not even popping in with another BS excuse as we've gotten in the past

I'm going to go else were with the armour. If MIMIC does not reply by the end of the week I'm out. If he had two other people to help him then he should have given them the login details so they can update the thread on his behalf if he has shot off due to a family emergency. But he hasnt? No quick update eiter. I gather he disappeared due to a family situation? But he should have updated the thread!? What is he scared of us!? He needs to bring this run to an end ASAP as his reputation is going down the drain. As I've said no update by the end of the week I'm going to find someone else.
