Well, I see it is business as usual. I am trying to stay positive, but it is getting harder to stay patient and wait weeks for updates. You gave us some hope with your latest messaage and plans and I expected to see some photos this weekend. However, as usual, no pictures and no mention of pictures....just the usual silence.
I have made a very simple request that you monitor your own sales thread and respond to messages. If there is indeed 3 people helping you, I do not understand why you cannot do this and you ignore the picture request. By not posting any visual evidence of anything going on, I can only assume that you do not have anything done. According to your last message, you stated you would have many full sets out. Just so you know, 1 week is October is already gone. You only have a little more than 3 weeks to go.
Please prove me wrong and post pictures of 3 of you working on the bottom half of this armor...PLEASE.

Resistance is awesome so far! Definitely geared towards kids but still enjoyable.
And agreed, but that happens when the people on the run have just given up and just want it to be over. Because apparently MIMIC is never on and if he is he ignores this thread or posts a bunch of bs and no progress or pics when requested. As this being their business they should be more inquired to giving their clientele some pics when requested. I'm doing a commission right now on chroming a Phasma and everytime I get a message I respond as quickly as I can, honest, and pictures if asked. And if i do anything i send progress pics even if it's a mistake that needs to be done over or simply sanding a piece down. Not that hard takes a couple minutes

Heck even shawn thorson who is making my flame trooper updates me monthly and I get a pic even without asking.
No pics are worse than waiting for perfectly posed pics.
I dont think anyone in their right mind will buy from mimic again despite the quality

People go quiet because what else can you say? Something tells me we’ve all dealt with at least one or more other makers that feed excuse and promise upon excuse and promise. I don’t doubt that the end product will be delivered. But the BS we deal with along the journey just puts a sour taste in your mouth and it’s enough to make you stop buying things. Honesty. It really is the best policy and some just either refuse to be honest, or they aren’t honest with themselves on what they can really accomplish. After awhile, Best intentions just don’t cut it anymore

I really don't get it!? I really don't!? Why is it so difficult to post images? I just don't get it? Other runs are filled with pics but this is like a ghost town?! Whats the problem with posting pics? Heres something. Chef where is my burger cooking ok it been A while can I check its cooking? No. Why? Cause no. Cant I check its cooking as the customer would like to know how long its gonna be? Well, tell them one side of the bun has been toasted but the burger still on the side doing nothing. 20 mins later have you guys done anything they have been told this and that and the wait ages. Yeah, the two other chefs moved it to the right a little so it will be with them soon. I think?

If I do not see a significant improvement in communication, progress photos and the complete sets shipping by the end of the month as MIMIC has promised, then I will have no choice. I will be sending back the half set I have and getting a full refund. I do not want to do this, but things just keep getting worse and not better. He is ignoring all of our posts, not responding to PM's and continually ignores requests for update Photos.
At this point, I can only assume that nothing has been done and nothing will be done.

I'm debating the same. But I already got into it for my shoulder supports so I'm sure I wouldn't get a dime back. So annoying very very annoying
Quality is great but dont mean a thing if you dont have it in full

Yup same here. With Wayne about to get his kit out too it looks very promising accuracy wise to make up my Phasma V2/TLJ. Love Jim but wanting as accuarate as possible and MIMIC here cant even deliver an upper half that isnt finished. Could literally have the flashing on from the mold I dont care.

Diversity Props. They're making their FOTK ABS but it looks really good so far. They're just about done with the product. Using the same one piece chest like the screens are too.
