I'm working on this master chief legendary edition helmet and shockingly so far it fits my fat head which is a good sign. What i was wondering is what's a good kind of foam to line it with (so far just the top of the head)?
Not sure what canon is, but the most comfortable I've used, is the 2" foam from fabric stores (cheap too). You only need to cut out four square pieces (too much foam and you will die from sweat.
That works as i can always use the foam for other stuff. I'm gonna use the book from the Reach set as reff for the interior even though nobody will see it.
