seems like it would just require the hand print and some weathering.

I might pick up an ANOVOS helmet and try it

Want to do one with a spare bucket but I'm waiting on blu ray. The one that was in display not to long ago seemed different than the movie prop.

Roy is right, I did one last week in preparation for a photo shoot last Friday. Tried to base it on the movie lid, rather than the exhibit one.

Got a chance to compare screen grabs. There is actually 2 bloody helmets.

The one on display is the same as the film version on jakku.

The second is from the star destroyer and is a little less bloody and much more sandy. Looks like you recreated this version.

I know about the different helmets. The display one is very clean compared to the Jakku helmet. You may be right though.
