Finished my Kyle Katarn Saber

This was my first attempt and making a machined lightsaber. I'm pretty happy with the results. I was amazed at the time involved in making one of these. I was using a friend's shop and worked on it about 1 night a week for the last 2 months. Well enough talk here are the pictures.

And here it is in it's new display space next to my 1/6 Kyle.

Nice work! Never see anyone else attempt that saber.

Had one on my workbench for a while...haven't completed it yet but its close. Gotta mill the pommel cubes and finish the sleeves for the grips. Here's a couple shots of it along with one of my customs for size reference.

Yeah. I was about to say that. I prefered his green saber, or even yun's saber from that game. this one is cool, really cool, its just that those ones looked so unique.

Its not one of my favorite sabers...the length is a bit ridiculous, and its rather unwieldy. I decided to make one cuz nobody else had...not that I had seen around here anyway.

But I find his first saber rather boring.

Nice work, especially with the thin cylindrical bars oriented longitudinally around the neck.
The one in my collection is nice enough, but it wasn't built as accurately in that area.

This is not getting NEARLY enough love! I just played through Jedi Outcast out of boredom last week, and this prop is AMAZING! Great job!

Sorry to drag up an old thread but I have to say this looks awesome!

I'd love a kyle 3rd saber but trying to find information on it is next to impossible! I do have some vague dimensions but I have no where near the skill needed to machine something like that.

Awesome work
