I amazed by this, Jack.

Seeing this level of accuracy and quality on a prop built solely from screenshots, with hardly any predecessors, is positively unheard of.

You must be some kind of glorious prop monster. GLORIOUS I TELL YOU.

Scoop parts are made, now it's down to securing it in and hooking up the pully system. Baring any major screwups I should have everything done in the next day or two.

The comparison shot irks me as I can see all the parts that are wrong but giving the utter lack of info on this prop I'll live with it for now. :rolleyes The scoop does spin though it's a bit stuttery and in the wrong direction. Fortunately this thing weighs over 5.5 pounds so if anyone complains I can reach out and touch them up-side the head. :angel
