So ive been working on it for about a week now and this is what i have so far. Its going to be an 8 foot hulk. Im using painters stilts to get the height and couch foam to get the muscle. i would like to be done with it before november of this year. Tell me what you guys think.

Re: 8 Foot Hulk!

I wish you luck & hope you finish your build. I can't wait to see a Hulk build finished. Still one of my dream costumes.

Re: 8 Foot Hulk!

wow. the person who won the costume contest last year at comic con made a hulk costume like this

Re: 8 Foot Hulk!

looking good so far, just wanted to ask, have you made sure you can actually walk on the stilts ONCE you have the added weight and size of the body/arms and head on you aswell, because I know that would certainly make things very hard for me if it were me

Re: 8 Foot Hulk!

Very ambitious... I love it! Always nice to see something truly unique on here, looking forward to seeing how this shapes up!

This is fantastic! I wish I had found this sooner.
I have experence foam fabricating three costumes. I would have really liked to give you some tips I learned.

A great way to smooth out the foams lumps/hard edges after carving is by using red devil dragon skin metal sanding sheets (Learned this tip from Shannon Shea).
Red Devil Dragon Skin Steel Sanding Sheet pn# 3331, NEW on eBay!
You have to use it to finish the the part, because it is really messy; The results are worth it.

Keep up the great work. You are off to a good start.
