LOL i was thinking of sculpting the skeleton key and wearing it around my neck , but i already have so much crap i am wearing around my neck ... plus my hair has a tendency to try to strangle me but yeah the skeleton key is awesome

I have a buzzcut. I could wear it around my neck. :angel

this is looking incredible! i never thought of using clay/ sculpey for armour i may adapt that idea for my "normal" male dovahkiin costume. cant wait to see this complete!

I've been lurking on this thread and I've just got to say that you've got some serious skills. The last few pages have made me really want to start sculpting with clay, and that's most likely the route I'll take to make the metal parts on my own Dragonborn costume one day.

Wow, that's some amazingly quick work on those swords, and suddenly a pauldron, too? Looks like you've been doing a bit of work on the skirt as well, how do you find the time?

I'll repeat other's comments; this project is awesome. They should hire you to promote the game.

Are you going to make bracers or something to cover your forearms?

And out of curiosity, have you thought about maybe putting some adhesive on the upper-half of the underside of the scales on the - - - breast-plate-type-thing, so the scales lay flatter against the - - - shell? (like they would on a dragon?)

wow thanks so much guys and nexus i actually laid bubble coin sized bits of hot glue under each scale to frill them a little more , when they laid flat it was not dynamic enough i kinda liked the lifted up fuller effect , otherwise you really did not see they were scales at all... it reminded me when my pet lizard would get pissed and he would lift the scales in his neck area lol ....and yea guys i got all this done in a day .. i literally sat up .. looked at the floor (looks like it exploded) and yea .... dont try this at home lol i had to help cook dinner for friends after wards , i was wearing circle lenses that made my eyes look realllll dilated , my hands were shaking and i was standing there not making correct sentences literally chopping meat probably making everyone uncomfortable lol .... and yep i started on the skirt.... my forearm bracers are half complete , my shin ones ...are not lol .... soonnnn ill torture myself today :> (sorry i make zero sense i probably should not be communicating with humans right now)

meanwhile in skyrim .... lol i took the build for a test drive to see how it would hold with me climbing around in the woods in creeks and streams ... it held up pretty well , just needs a few minor tweaks and adjustments ... then of course add ons to dress up the bracers

if you go down to the woods today, you're sure of a nice surprise

that looks effing unbelieveable in scenery (which in itself is jawdropping - where is that place?)
love the smile on the second pic. i imagine that's the smile you'd get if a wandering group of cosplayers wandered into the woods while you had those swords.
