Re: Female Skyrim Dovahkiin w.i.p

Oh also I do need a stitch of advice , i am forming a dragon priest mask (prefer to make the tusked version) my weapons of choice are super sculpey and possibly a thin aluminum wire base to support the tusks , i have not molded anything with super sculpey since i was a child and especially nothing face sized in scale .... the advice i would need is ...would something like this be too obnoxiously heavy for the front of the face? what would be a good way to secure it to a scrawny human head ?and will my oven explode if i bake wire within clay ? thank you in advance .

Have u ever thought about using wonderflex, it is a great light weight material that is amazing for armor and bone like constructions. Take a look at what i am currently building with it

and this helm looks a lot heavier then it really is but it is all wonderflex and foam. Of and the white trim is fosshape made by the same folks at wonderflex. If you want to see more of my progress on this u can see it here https://www.facebook.com/pages/Fantasy-Armor-by-Davence/243736072377764 and here My fantasy armor creations.

hey ! thanks for the tips , yes i have heard of wonderflex before and i had watched someone put something together with it , i never thought of using it because i kind of like the idea of something malleable ... i look at a block of clay and i could imagine all the different things i can do with it all the cool shapes i can get .... if i look at a bunch of sheets of something ill probably get anxiety from it like MEH ...WORK so in turn i torture myself ....maybe in the future i will make a project where i will find use of that product ... ..as much as i kinda like the heavy weight my stuff has .... wearing it at conventions is torture lol ...and nice project :> how much does a whole butt load of wonderflex cost and can you use a hair dryer instead of one of those fancy heat guns ?
