I talked to a friend of mine who makes jewelry as a hobby. She has six of the cabochons for me, unfortunately she doesn't remember where she got them. I need to talk to Mark to see how many he needs before I offer up the extras.

Ok Juno has covered the jewels. I will let her know how many are left. As I had posgted the left knobs are sold out on the page in the 1st post. Does anyone have any extras? I have also looked at Radio shack and Fry's and had no luck.

im going to sell two of the little clear center jewels i bought a pack of four going to keep two but sell the others ill have a sale thread later today with them listed for cheap just stay tuned

Hey all...I have previously posted a company that will sell only one clear jewels, and their cheap...plus NO shipping cost! You have to search my posts if you can't find it.

Is anyone interested in sound for their Farnsworth? I have a board that was made to go into one (with flashing white LED) that I designed. It plays out the ringtone sound effect.

I dont have them on my site. I just got one made up, I can take some pics and vid and post them up.

Let me also get a final price, it should be in the $70 range. CD quality sound, good speaker, batts, button, flash card (to change sounds), etc.

Doing any of this stuff is pretty new to me so I'm not familiar with either "cold blue" or "Perma Blue"? Are these just colours of paint or something else? We don't have Walmarts here so would have to find some kind of similar product if I know what it is.

Also any hints on the colours of paints used for the box? I'm colour-blind so have issues with colours similar to those I've seen in this forum. Mixes or hints for using multiple coats to get the effect would be appreciated.

Pretty much just the normal cold blue. I just picked up the Perma Blue at Wal*Mart there Xd Nice thing is that if you do it right it won't go black or turn the brass blue or anything, just this really nice brown color. After that i just washed it and handled it to get the wear spots to look right. tiny bit of scouring powder really helps with that.

Best thing to do it put down a plastic bag, place the plate face down and use a toothbrush to apply the blue to the BACK of the plate. It will run over to the front and make a nice flat brown mess of it. after that it's just a question as to how much and indeed how you rub the finish away to get a nice worn, used, aged look to the piece.

I was suspecting it might be for guns but as we aren't allowed to own guns here it's not a subject I'm at all familar with. I'll try some and see if I can get my hands on some of the brass darkening stuff too Thanks for the heads up..

I still have a few episodes to watch but the season 2 sneak peak segment mentioned seeing warehouse 12 in Victorian England and warehouse 2.
The season will be darker and metioned H.G. Wells.:love
