"Truly Inspired", All you are trying to do here is justify your own clone of MCL34N's work.

It was MCL34N's and your work that inspired me to make my own mask here. All you are doing here is throwing your toys out of your pram as someone else has come along with a mask thats on par with yours.

In no way is your mediocre attempt even in the same league as mine artwork. Don't delude yourself. If you were truely intent on avoiding nasty confrontation you'd have asked prior to plagiarizing my work. I would have told you plain and simplly it's not on in any dimension and that would be it. Instead you chose to invoke the wrath of someone you really don't want to **** off, ergo ME!

At first I couldn't figure out why yours was still ever so slightly different, distorted and squashed in some places. I then realized exactly what you've done to copy my pattern.

When I took this photo of the original print screen I decided it would be best if I take the photograph on an obscure angle in a last ditch effort to discourage and ultimately thwart theives attempts at replicating the pattern. It seems you fell straight into my web as it were. LOL!

Did i use the same pattern and then develop a completely different end result? Your moaning about me using references and pictures in a development stage.

What is the problem? Your someone i don't want to mess with your even immature than i gave you credit for. Take a step back and see that what you are referring to is my development state that i CLEARLY named you and the original creator in!

Please guys don't fight, the one reason above all that I like the community is that people here are super friendly, like really, go on to other forums (that I'm not gonna name) and see the bashing and insults and whatnot.
And you should have mentioned that you had used that same pattern, SupergirlUK, as should've supernaturalfan when he was going to use MCL34N's general pattern to make his own in the end.

Both of your's look really promising and can't wait for you both to see what you will bring to the table

It's true your work is excellent as lots of people's on here are but stop acting like its Gods gift to man and stop tearing members to pieces.

I'm not saying SuperGirlUK hasn't copied your work but I take issue with your tone and the way your handling it. PM the woman, PM a Mod, whatever. Do not be calling people Biatch, saying her work is butchering yours, saying she has a mental disease etc.

To me anyway she's only doing what you yourself have already done. You've copied a pattern from a movie costume, reference pics. It's what we do on here. All of us are to blame for doing the same.
Who's to say yours wasn't copied from Mcleans or anyone else's? You know you didn't, I know you didn't but you have no proof to say you didn't.
It's all swings and roundabouts.
And anyway, she's not making money from it, she's not mass producing, if anything she's paying you a compliment, if in fact she did copy your work.

If she doesn't gain anything from this, then in my mind I can let it slide, yes she did take and use SuperNaturalFan's to create her print using that picture, I can see that cuz I know PShop. But she also did do her own editing to it as well and ended up creating something on her own that she feels is good, but with your help.

Like this sickning Apple vs Samsung. Samsung saw some things that Apple was doing good or right in their minds and then they took that idea and expanded on it and invented something new from it, and now they got sued and have to give Apple millions because Apple doesn't want competiton or to get better like Samsung.

Dean, your print is awesome, she'll never make a final mask as good as yours, but she can try. And I think that's good for both of you. Just think about it, and I still agree with you Dean.

Forget which bit belongs to which bit ..i think we are missing the point here.

Instead of going to the pub OR chanting a football song on a saturday WE/US choose to share and spend time making awesome looking costumes for the ultimate goal of sharing them and getting some nice Kudos.

I think we should just all take a backseat on this subject and let the creativity role...

After half building my suite im actually going to start over again im just not happy with it having seen some amazing suites here..you guys blow my mind

Oh I've had people claim my work is there's before and sure it made me mad but I never resorted to being a jerk about it.

Cause it's made from scratch...trust must be earnt and profanity are valid words too, sure used non-contextually they're deemed rude but they serve a purpose nonetheless. Yes she took your design, that you made from scratch, but she took the idea and made it her own. Happens all the time for everything that's how the world works. He has a right to be angry, but should consider ending it as long as she promises not to make any money off of it. If she sells it and he finds out, then he can take action

It isn't no, but when she believes she did nothing wrong that wouldn't do anything. I would say keep everything up and just walk away at this point, her thread is closed. You want a positive view from people and this won't give it to you. I agree with you because she acted like she didn't use yours and didn't even look at them but then said she did, she lied cuz she's guilty and I feel like I'm the only one but I still have a different view then you, which obviously is because I didn't make it from scratch like you lol

Finally off to bed at 3am in the morning. I'm just peeved I had to stay up so late defending my honour when I'm the victim here. To make matters worse I must get up at 5am this morning. I am glad all is resolved and I can take some much needed sleep! All is said and done. Back to business as usual.
